Ship inspection is a highly professional and technical administrative permission work, which is the first link to ensure the safety of navigation and operation of the ship. Under the new situation of powerful transportation and high-quality development, we need to reexamine the development connotation of China‘s legal inspection system, analyze the problems existing in the existing ship inspection and inspection management system, clarify the challenges and opportunities faced by the ship inspection system, initially put forward effective solutions, and provide necessary decision-making reference for the standardized construction of ship inspection management.
