The main objective of this study is to find the most advanced production technology for semi-voltaic energy converters. The paper presents the results of analysis, production and research of solar cells that have a thin film intersection on Si p- type. The authors also carried out technical analysis of manufacturing and study of heterostructured solar cells of thin layers of crystalline and amorphous silicon. The basic requirements for the production of the most effective light barriers discussed.
