The research investigates bureaucratization indication of the institutional of the Kajang Customary Law Community. With the institutional economic framing and participatory action research method, we found the appearance of formal transaction fees that indicates bureaucratization of the institutional of the Kajang Customary Law Community. This condition is formed through the process of institutional assimilation.
