Based on the system coupling mechanism, a three-system coupling model of energy, economy and environment is constructed. Based on the panel data of Hebei Province from 2010 to 2019, the empirical analysis of the development status of the three systems of energy, economy and environment in Hebei Province. The results show that the coupling degree of the three systems of energy, economy and environment in Hebei Province generally shows an upward trend, and the coupling degree is consistent with the coordination degree of energy-economy, energy-environment and economy-environment. The coordinated development of each binary system is the basic guarantee for the increase in the coupling of the ternary system.
