A collaborative planning model for electric vehicle (EV) charging station and distribution networks is proposed in this paper based on the consideration of electric vehicle mobile energy storage. As a mobile charging load, EVs can interact with the power grid. Taking EVs as planning considerations, subsidies for EVs are used to shift the charging load to the feeder network area with a large margin, reducing the transformer capacity and reducing the overall planning cost. Finally, the article uses CPLEX to solve the optimization problem, and uses an 18-node distribution system for simulation verification.
