Ultrafiltration membrane detection plays an important role in many industries due to its superior performance. But Chinese testing film industry development is more chaotic, testing indicators are not uniform. We designed a rapid membrane detection machine to detect the key properties of nanofiltration membrane or ultrafiltration membrane, such as water flux, desalination rate. This paper proposed a rapid detection of the water transmittance of ultrafiltration membrane under different pressure. It is found that the rapid membrane detection integrated machine can quickly detect the membrane related indexes, especially the key performance indexes such as desalination rate and water transmittance, and the detection efficiency can be more than doubled.
