The scale on the water side of condenser copper pipe of unit 3 in a power plant has exceeded 1mm and “dezincification corrosion” has occurred. The condenser copper tubes were cleaned and coated by static and dynamic tests. After the completion of the project, the inner wall of the copper pipe is cleaned and the coating is in good condition, achieving the expected effect.
