The construction of water-saving institutions is an important part of the implementation of the priority policy of water-saving. In view of the current situation of the construction of water-saving institutions in Zhejiang province, the main problems in the constructions were summarized, and the key points of the constructions were put forward, which is of important reference significance to construct the water saving institutions. The main progress and experience was introduced and the water saving effect was analysed based an application case, which has a promising future for application.
