The article provides an overview of various methods for assessing the forest fund infrastructure during cadastral valuation, including a couple of possible methods of mathematical modeling, with the help of which it is possible to assess the impact of the forest fund infrastructure on the cadastral value, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
