Preface

It is our great pleasure to welcome all of you to the 5th International Conference on Environment and Renewable Energy (ICERE 2020) 28-30th September, 2020, Hanoi, Vietnam. ICERE 2020 is dedicated to issues related to Environment and Renewable Energy. This conference program is highlighted by four Keynote Speakers: Associate Professor Nguyen Thi Ha from Faculty of Environmental Sciences, VNU University of Science, Vietnam; CEO/Arno A. Evers from Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR in Munich, Germany; Assoc. Prof. DAM SAO MAI who is Dean of the Biotechnology and Food Technology Institute, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam; Assoc. Prof. Doan PHAM MINH from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines d’Albi-Carmaux Campus Jarlard, Route de Teillet, 81013 Albi, France. There are seven sub-sessions and one poster session with different topics: Energy Materials, New Energy Power Generation, Food Engineering, Energy-Efficient Buildings, Natural Resources, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development. This proceeding presents a selection from papers submitted to the conference from universities, research institutes and industries. All papers were subjected to peer-review by conference committee members and international reviewers. The volume is presenting recent advances in the field of Environment and Renewable Energy and various related areas, such as Building Energy Efficiency, Natural Resources, Water Quality Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Solid Waste Disposal, Environmentally Sustainable Development, Food Engineering, Disaster Management, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering.
