This experiment used southern highbush blueberry as material to study the effects of different concentrations (0, 2000, 2500, 3000 times) of 5-ALA on fruit quality of blueberry grown in three different modes at fruit bearing period. The results showed that: (1) Rain-proof cultivation and greenhouse cultivation could significantly increase the yield of blueberry, but reduce the intrinsic fruit quality of blueberry; (2) The fruit quality of blueberry was affected by the interaction of cultivation mode and concentration of 5-ALA amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.
