Preface

The 2019 5th International Conference on Energy Equipment Science and Engineering (ICEESE 2019) was held on November 29th – December 1st, 2019 in Harbin. This high-end and high-level academic exchange conference, supported by School of Automobile of Chang’an University, successfully accomplish all sessions by the joint efforts of all participants. Experts and scholars from home and abroad held profound academic discussion in the field of energy equipment and engineering. At the conference, every expert and scholar enthusiastically expressed their own opinions and exchanged thoughts from each other, achieving remarkable results. Energy Equipment Science and Engineering, as a great research filed, has always been attracting experts and scholars from home and abroad to continue the further research on it. Now especially the government and the Party of China has attached great importance on the research of this field. The 1st International Conference on Energy Equipment Science and Engineering was held in 2015 thanks to the joint efforts of every experts and scholars. Ever since then, this conference holds annually and gains numerous achievements. Especially the submitted papers as well as the advice from all experts and scholars have had a profound impact on the research at the conference. In order to raise the topics studied at the Fifth International Conference on Energy Equipment Science and Engineering to a new level, we invited Prof. Chua Kian Jon Ernest from National University of Singapore and Prof. Chen Hao from Chang’an university as our Conference Chairs. We were also pleased to have over 70 experts from home and abroad as the Technical Committee members. Thanks for their participation, this conference was held under an enthusiastic and lively vibe. We would like to express our most sincere gratitude to all participants. The success of this conference was guaranteed by their great support and encouragement.
