Hydraulic control unit test (HCU) is a complicated process with nonlinear, hysteresis and large parameter change. This paper focuses on the research of PID control strategy which comes from the BP neural network and HCU test strategy, and combines Matlab/Simulink, AMESim and other software for simulation and verification, in order to design a reliable and high-quality control scheme.
