Considering the transaction cost of the existing transaction rules of collective construction land, in order to explore the farmers’ willingness to enter the market from the perspective of transaction cost economics, based on Logistic regression model, combined with the field survey data in Nanhai District, quantitatively analyzed the farmers’ willingness to enter the market.
