In recent years, the rapid development of economy has led to some environmental degradation problems. Therefore, we need to seek better measures that include the value of ecosystem services (ESV) to fully reflect the multiple impacts of economic development. We combine the PSR model with the dynamic ecosystem service value evaluation model and propose rationalization suggestions for the planners and managers of the land development project.
