Taking existing residential buildings in Xi’an as the research object, this paper puts forward energy-saving transformation strategies from flat roof to slope, evaporative cooling structure of roof water storage, green roof and roof ventilation structure, aiming at providing technical model and transformation experience for existing residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.
