Rapidly changing modern economic conditions have highlighted the challenges of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises and its ability to resist adverse situations, which causes the need to ensure the reliability of each particular enterprise. Practice shows that the current problems cannot be solved without the formation of a mechanism that ensures sustainable development of the enterprise. In this article, the mechanism of sustainable development is considered as a set of different elements: organizational and managerial, technological, marketing, financial, investment, in relation to the external environment, internal factors, strategic objectives and current individual characteristics of the enterprise.
