This paper devoted the analysis of the post-pyrogenic water toxicity in the north-eastern part of the Great Vasyugan Mire with a test culture of Daphnia magna Straus. It was found that the water samples of pine-shrub sphagnum bogs have a negative impact on the test organisms D. magna Str. The most toxic effect on test organisms provided by pH value. The chemical composition of waters is determined by the high content of NH + 4 , Fetotal, organic matter at all points of the study. The MPC exceeded for NH + 4 , Fetotal and COD. The studied post-pyrogenic areas are characterised by an increase in the concentration of heavy metals (Zn, Pb) and Fetotal in waters.
