The proceedings contain materials of the International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the memory of Corr. Member of RAS A.N. Antipov “Geographical foundations and environmental principles of regional environmental management policy”. The papers consider fundamental problems of geographical science, integrated and interdisciplinary approaches to the study of the natural and ecological-economic environment. The authors give an assessment of the environmental current state and climate changes; discuss issues of natural resource management and methods of environmental feasibility; offer tools and schemes of ecologically oriented land use. The scientists from Russia, China and Mongolia place the emphasis on the need to take into account the natural and environmental-economic conditions in the formation of interstate interactions in the framework of the large-scale project “One Belt — One Road”; share experience in the practical implementation of landscape and territorial planning projects, emphasize the relevance of research in the field of environmental management. The papers give considerable attention to the issues of anthropogenic transformations of the natural environment, to finding ways to reduce the negative impact on nature, to the issues of environmental management in projects for the economic development of territories. The proceedings are intended for a wide range of researchers in the field of geography and ecology, scientists, teachers and students of higher educational institutions, employees of planning, environmental and public organizations.
