Condensing exhaust air heat recovery fresh air all-in-one unit deals fresh air with the heat of building exhaust air as cold or heat source and it has a high efficiency. In this paper, energy consumption of air source heat pump system which introduced condensing exhaust air heat recovery fresh air all-in-one unit is analysed, and equipment’s static and dynamic payback period of investment is calculated in fixed number of year. In a similar system, condensing exhaust air heat recovery fresh air all-in-one unit has very good application prospects.
