Modong No.4 Bridge is an important part of the water environment improvement project in Guangxi Laibin City, Guangxi. Its site conditions are extremely complex. After extensive research and demonstration, considering safety, practicality, economy, beauty and environmental protection, the design proposal was put forward according to local conditions. Abutment foundation uses ultra-high rigidity to expand deep foundation, which makes foundation pit construction extremely difficult. In order to achieve the optimal implementation of the recommended scheme of the bridge, the key technologies and quality control points of mass concrete foundation construction are studied and put forward. The feasibility of the design scheme is improved to the greatest extent, providing an effective reference for similar bridge construction.
