As an important part of the power station, the pressure vessel plays a key role in the normal operation of the power system. However, as pressure vessel itself is a kind of equipment with high risk, if the power station does not carry out strict safety management, it is easy to cause serious safety accidents in the normal operation of power vessel, resulting in irreparable heavy losses. However, in terms of the current situation of the safety technical management of pressure vessels in most power stations in China, there are still many problems and deficiencies. Even some power stations do not realize the importance of this problem, which leads to certain potential safety problems of pressure vessels. Through this paper, the author shares many years of experience in the testing of pressure vessels in hydropower plants, as well as relevant measures to deal with hidden dangers.
