Based on the present situation of China’s environmental law system under the rapid economic development, this paper expounds the significance of regional environmental law research. Through the comparison of regional environment and legal system between China and the United States, this paper analyzes the impact of domestic environmental legal system on energy cooperation under the background of Belt and Road Initiative.
