This study aims to find out factors the influence the production of Eucheuma cottonii seaweed processing industry in South Sulawesi. The results of the study show that the results of seaweed processing from the three companies in South Sulawesi is in decreasing return to scale, which means that the increase of output has a smaller proportion compared to the addition of inputs, the three companies are in a favorable position.
