In order to implement agricultural products plantation it has been suggested to take the advantage of electrokinetic phenomena with the account of the technology multifactority and relaxation phe-nomena. The issue of energy cost reduction with new approaches, influencing the process of irri-gation of the soil root layer and saving natural resources has been considered.
