The paper presents studies of the influence of the SPAO complex used at the final stage of fattening at the dose of 185 mg/kg of body weight for four days on the gross yield of meat and its qualitative indices determining the effectiveness of pharmacological anti-stress therapy. The unique mechanism of the drug’s action contributed to the increase in the safety of the herd B compared to the control at 6.9%, live weight before slaughter - by 1.84%. High antistress activity during slaughter reduces the injury rate of chicks in the process of slaughtering, has a positive impact on the quality of the products, which increases the yield of first grade carcasses by 5-7%. By increasing the quantity or improving the quality of products contributes to the achievement of high economic results and determines the economic efficiency of one ruble of veterinary costs from 1.17 to 1.37 rubles. The use of the software ensures the reliability and accuracy of calculations.
