The paper considers the peculiarities of the functioning of agricultural enterprises and the agricultural sector in the sphere of finance turnover. The main mechanisms leading to the formation of prices of agricultural products, as well as leading to an increase or decrease in its value, are considered. Extreme points are also indicated, the achievement of which leads to an excessive rise or fall in prices for manufactured goods.
