PT. PAI is a manufacturing company of Tomkins brand shoes. The company produces four types of shoes such as a child, junior, women, and men, from every kind of shoe there are different shoe names and models. The information or knowledge that each employee has about how to produce high-quality shoes has not been appropriately managed and stored, plus the employee’s entry and frequent employee mutations due to shoe production in one of the stages of production, which results in a loss of knowledge. A lot of defective shoe production and reduce production targets. Therefore, this study aims to create a knowledge management system in the production section. The method in this study was Awad & Ghaziri using five main stages of Knowledge Management Life Cycle. Based on the research that has been conducted, a web-based knowledge management system has been successfully created. The system developed is in the form of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer applications. On the main login page, there are three levels of access rights, namely experts, admin and employee. Based on a series of tests, this system concerning functionality has been by the needs of users in the company and has been built correctly.
