Aiming at the problems of one-sided determination of index weight in the evaluation method of distribution network projects, and instability of project optimization results, a method of evaluation and decision-making of distribution network construction and renovation projects based on weighting with game theory and implicit enumeration is proposed. Firstly, the evaluation index system is constructed from two dimensions of technical efficiency and economic benefit. Secondly, the indicators are weighted by the weight set model based on game theory. After that, the decision optimization model is solved by the implicit enumeration method. The case study shows that the method is practical and effective, and can provide a scientific and reasonable reference for the construction and renovation projects investment of grid companies.
