In order to realize the test purpose of high pressure and large displacement hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor, this paper designs a power recovery test system using fuzzy controller, and explains the working principle of the system. Through the theoretical calculation of its power recovery rate, this paper proposes how to maintain the maximum power recovery rate of the test system. Finally, the feasibility of the system was verified by theoretical simulation and experiments.
