The problem of low emission in Poland has been unresolved for many years. One should be aware that when planning activities to reduce low emission, it is necessary to determine in which sectors of the national economy the problem is the most serious. In this way, it will be possible to intensify activities in areas that contribute the most to the emission of pollutants entering the air. For the purposes of analyses undertaken in this publication, low emission should be defined as pollution, which enters the air at a height not exceeding 40 meters from the ground level. The aim of the article was to identify problems related to the creation of low emission in Poland in sectoral terms.
