With a series of standard specifications for energy-saving design and construction issued by the governments, green building has become an important direction for the development of building technology in the future. The climate of the north-eastern part of China is severely cold, so a lot of energy is consumed there, so the energy saving of building is even more severe. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the energy-saving application of teaching buildings in the northeast region in terms of design methods and construction techniques, and carries out energy-saving application, high-efficiency, comfort and green design research from the perspective of building users to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
