The strength calculation models and dependence relations for compressive strength, splitting strength and axial tensile strength of hybrid steel-polypropylene fiber-reinforced concrete are proposed based on the theory of composite material strength and the experimental observations. The parameters unfixed in the models are solved by means of statistical method, and the synergy effects of fibre are quantified related to the volume fraction and aspect ratios.
