In view of the quality analysis and evaluation of high slope excavation in hydropower project, this study uses 3D laser scanning to quickly obtain the image of the excavation surface. According to the characteristics of point cloud data and slope quality evaluation indicators, the quality of excavation from multi-dimensional, the evaluation and establishment of the excavation quality feedback control system based on the construction period is established. Finally, the digital construction and control system for high slope excavation of hydropower station is developed. The engineering application proves that the method and system established in this paper can effectively improve the slope. The efficiency and precision of excavation quality control provide effective support for the scientific and refined management of slope excavation.
