Based on the 2018 entire-gird primary frequency regulation and AGC test, the concrete procedures and obtained results of Shandong power grid are analyzed at length. In combination with the published standards and specifications, the new techniques adopted in the test are analyzed. And then, according to the emerging problems during the test, the improvement measures and optimization suggestions are proposed. With the help of analyzed results and proposed advices, the further technical supervision work of source-network coordination can be developed and thermal unit performance can be improved.
