This paper takes the VR protection of the four seasons production tune of the intangible cultural heritage as an example, aiming at the low matching degree between the ordinary audio frequency acquisition and the actual results in the VR technology. On the basis of head position location based on MEMS and head related transfer function (HRTF), further optimization is carried out. The simulation results show that the acquisition of synthetic information of virtual reality based on MEMS and HRTF has a great positive effect on the protection of the four seasons production tune and the advancement of VR technology.
