With the integration of the sustainable development concept and urban renewal practices, sustainable urban renewal has emerged as a new research area. At the same time, in the context of the emergence of urban problems with the increasing complexity, sustainable urban renewal has gradually become a new type of governance that takes social, economic and environmental sustainability into account. Based on the analysis of relevant terms of urban renewal and reviewing the relevant theories of sustainable urban renewal, this paper systematically sorts out the research progress of sustainable urban renewal evaluation methods, which provides theoretical guidance and technical support for sustainable urban renewal decision-making.
