The article substantiates a methodological approach to the formation of a mechanism for managing the transition to the sustainable development of natural and anthropogenic complexes in rural areas of the region, created as a result of grain production. A method of analyzing the level of impact of natural and anthropogenic complexes on natural landscapes and the level of socio-economic development of rural areas of the region has been developed. The methodology analyzed and proposed a set of measures aimed at creating a mechanism for managing the transition to sustainable development of natural and anthropogenic complexes in rural areas of the Omsk region.
