The article deals with the problems of modern land management and land use planning in the context of the new program of development of the country on the basis of the digital economy. Informatization of all branches of knowledge, caused by scientific and technological progress, determines the level of development of economic sectors, including land management. These and other reasons suggest the need to create a new concept of modern land management on the basis of its full digitalization.
