It is proposed to use FMEC analysis for collection and compilation of statistical information concerning failures of the main hydro-power equipment. An algorithm of FMEC analysis for hydro-power industry has been developed. In the article authors give an example of the analysis for the hydroelectric power station of the Angara-Yenisei cascade.
