In Russia each year appears 15 million tons of building scrap. According to statistic agency data, there were 10% of this measure is reused, almost for backfill pits and some for use as material filler. At Voronezh state technical university in the chair of Building structures and basements, realized experience of construction new low-rise houses made from reused building materials (scrap), which came from demolition places by lean dismantle.
