Aiming at the combined failure problem of Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) system under the condition of resource sharing, this paper proposes a model-based combined failure analysis method for IMA system. Based on the system architecture model and the fault tree model containing the failure cause, the method integrates the failure cause relationship of the IMA system, and completes the analysis of the combined failure effect of the IMA system. By taking the failure conditions of a certain function of the IMA system as an example, the effectiveness of the analysis method is verified.
