With the rapid progress of power electronics high frequency conversion technology, the traditional magnetic components are more and more difficult to meet the requirements of modern electrical product design. In contrast, chip magnetic components have the advantages of small volume, low height and light weight in structure, small leakage inductance, low electromagnetic interference and high efficiency in electrical characteristics. They are very attractive in switching power supply with high frequency and high-power density. This paper studies the design and analysis of components, which has done useful work for the development of component magnetic design.
