In order to solve the problems such as high die cost and difficult casting of long span and super-long Span Crossbeam, this paper proposes to design and cast the crossbeam in sections. But whether the sectional beam can achieve the dynamic characteristics of the integral crossbeam is studied through the combination of experiment and finite element simulation, the results show that the dynamic characteristics of the sectional beam and the integral crossbeam tend to be the same.
