Proposed a multi-dimensional rotating ultrasonic composite electrochemical generating machining method. Designed and built the shaft and radial three-dimensional rotary ultrasonic composite electrolytic generating machining system, analyzed and studied the machining mechanism according to the interaction relationship between rotary ultrasonic, mechanical and electrolysis.Selecting and optimizing the machining parameters for to machine plane by grinding, ultrasonic and rotary ultrasonic composite electrolytic machining. By the tests, the machining system is stable and reliable, and the rotary ultrasonic composite electrolytic generative machining technology could effectively improve the machining efficiency and accuracy. Adding 3µm-5µm radial ultrasonic vibration, carried on the rotating ultrasonic generating machining the plane and cutting the grooves, the technical advantages of two-dimensional rotary ultrasonic composite electrochemical machining are verified.
