The experience of technologically developed countries in solving the problems of improving the operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of coal-fired power generation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by involving H2C-technology and RE-components is summarized. It is shown that the successful example of technologically developed countries allows to use them as a transfer for energy systems of industrial heat generation in Kazakhstan.
