The stiffness formula of rolled ear variable cross-section air spring is obtained. Due to the strong nonlinear characteristics of the free-film air spring with variable cross section, the possible chaotic phenomena of the air spring are analyzed, and its behavior under deterministic excitation is explored, and simulation of the phase trajectory diagram and time history curve of the system under periodic motion and chaotic motion are obtained. The vehicle analysis model of variable section free film air suspension with rolled lug is established. According to the requirements of national standards, the simulation analysis of manipulation stability experiment is carried out, and the evaluation value of simulation results is obtained.
