We derive the effective neutrino evolution Hamiltonian and corresponding expressions for the neutrino flavour and spin-flavour oscillation probabilities accounting for the neutrino interactions with an external electric current though the neutrino charge radius and anapole moment. The obtained results are of interest for neutrino astrophysical applications.
