A number of important applications have computational requirements that vary over time inan unpredictable way. For the effcient usage of distributed-memory parallel systems when solving such problems a new dynamic load balancing algorithm is suggested and explored. It allows to raise the load efficiency for model task up to 70% with balancing frequency v bal ≈cnbv0:1.
