The "Twin" system is an omnichannel communication platform for building voice and chatbots, capable, in particular, of receiving data in one language and transmitting in another. "Twin" can record voice and text, display detailed statistics and analytics for each call or dialog. In this article, using the Twin system, a chatbot was created for the field of cargo transportation, it describes its advantages and disadvantages and the principle of creating of such chatbots.
